This method for producing synthetic fabric with a "wet silk" effect on the surface is used in the production and finishing of synthetic fabrics, produced from polyamide or polyester yarns through huckaback weaving. The aim of this method is to produce soft fabric with a "wet silk" effect on the surface. With this method, the fabric weft made of polythreaded extruded or textured polyamide or polyester yarns, with linear density of elementary threads ranging from 0.1 to 0.17 tex, the fabric is washed, fixated, polished with polishing rollers, which rotate at 200-500 min<-1>, the fabric must be transported through these rollers at a speed of 3-5 m/min, the coarse size of abrasive particles must range from No. 5 to 10. After that, the fabric is painted, dried and processed by water and dirt repelling measures. |
