PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method of a spray molded article of FRP for effectively avoiding a sagging of a resin, even if an inclusion quantity of a fiber is reduced or a clay of a resin sprayed is lowered. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced resin is spray-molded in multilayer to a mold 2 having a longitudinal surface by a spray device 1 of the fiber reinforced resin having a roving supply means 5 continuously supplying a roving 51 which bundles a multiple of fine fibers, a fiber cutting throw means which throws a cutting roving away by cutting the roving 51 in a predetermined length and a nozzle 41 which sprays a liquid phase resin. In this case, a fiber reinforced resin layer 61 which is firstly spray-molded to the mold 2 continuously supplys the roving 51 from an upper end to the lower end of the longitudinal surface of the mold 2 without cutting. |
