Dietetically balanced dairy product contains a mixture of lipids of lactic origin and of plant origin such that the fatty acids of the triglycerides comprise, by weight, 20-40 % saturated fatty acids predominantly of lactic origin, 35-60 % mono-unsaturated fatty acids and 15-30 % polyunsaturated fatty acids of the n-3 and n-6 families, where the weight ratio of fatty acids of the n-6 family to fatty acids of the n-3 family is from 5:1 to 10:1. |
