Service creation environment for stored program exchange

The service creation environment or SCE contains component objects (SIB), each of which describes a partial function of an IN service. Service objects each describe the structure of an IN service using the component objects. A creation arrangement enables the creation of and IN service by generating the objects mentioned above. Interface objects can be generated during the creation of a service and contain a description of the external interfaces of a component object, whereby the description contains each parameter of an external interface. A test arrangement tests the functionality of an IN service using the interface objects by checking whether the parameters required by an object component are provided by preceding object components.
