<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an anaerobic treatment process at a time of the purification of waste water containing food ground solid matter and oils and fats, to aerobically treat solid matter with aerobic bacteria while preventing the generation of a malodor and to dispense with the taking-out of a hardly decomposable substance in food ground solid matter or oils and fats. SOLUTION: An aerobic digestion process, an aerobic treatment process and a sedimentation process are provided. In the aerobic digestion process, waste water containing food ground solid matter is aerated and mixed by the air from an air diffuser 3 within an aerobic digestion tank 1 to decompose the solid matter and oils and fats in waste water by bacterial cell enzyme of aerobic bacteria and, in the aerobic treatment process, water to be treated is transferred to the bed of a bacteria fixed carrier layer 2 made of polyurethane foam in an aerobic treatment tank 8 by small quantity within an aerobic treatment tank to aerobically treat excessive sludge on the basis of a food chain of bacteria by enzyme and gentle water streams and, in the sedimentation process, released sludge in the flooding water of the aerobic treatment process is sedimented in a sedimentation tank 22 and sediment is returned to the aerobic digestion tank 1 and supernatant water is discharged to the outside.</p> |
