The device has a multi-layer construction, at least in some areas, whereby at least two layers form electrically conducting planes that are part of an on-board electrical system and undertake various functions of the electrical system. The planes are associated with different electrical voltages. One plane can form a data bus line and the planes can be contacted at optional points.
