PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position an electronic part accurately and easily by a method wherein a positioning recess is provided to a crystal at a required position by specific etching liquid, and another part with a projection corresponding to the recess is positioned by fitting is projection into the positioning recess. SOLUTION: Positioning recesses 2 are provided on the rear side of an oscillator 1 of quartz single crystal which is the main part of a crystal oscillator, and electrodes 3 and 4 are provided in the front and the rear surfaces of the oscillator 1 respectively. A plurality of projections 6 are provided in a casing 5 which holes the oscillator 1 at positions corresponding to the plural positioning recesses 2. The crystal oscillator is assembled by fitting the projections 6 into the corresponding recesses 2. The recesses 2 are provided in the oscillator 1 by making an anisotropic etching liquid act on the oscillator 1, wherein the positioning recess 2 is formed in a V shape so as to easily position the projections 6. |
