PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide with the maintenance service of a single manufacture and vending company, the personal computer system which can comply with a user's request, while always being adaptable to a multiple-company composition system (multivender system) that is difficult to handle. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a service car 3 used by an engineer to moving, a console center 1 which accepts a communication from the user 2a of a personal computer 2b on 24 hours basis, all the year round, gives an advice to the user 2a according to the communication, and gives an instruction to the service car 3 to send the engineer to the user 2a, and a technical center 4 which accepts the personal computer 2b when the engineer did not repair. |
