PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the deterioration of a quality of a sheet by separating a sheet placed on a tray one by one and feeding the sheet, and providing a dust removal member which moves up and down in a relative position relation with the end part of the sheet while contacting an end part of the sheet placed on the tray. SOLUTION: A tray 2 is moved in such a manner that a paper surface comes to a predetermined position after a sheet (card paper) 1 is placed on the tray 2. The dust removal member (brush group) 3 is moved to the position of the paper surface, and the brush group is forced to contact the end part of the card paper 1 with a brush member moving mechanism 13. Next, the brush group 3 is allowed to go down up to the position of the tray 2, and the dust on the end part of the card paper 1 is scratched and removed. When the brush group 3 comes to the position of the tray 2, the brush group is separated from the end part of the card paper 1 with drive means of the brush group moving mechanism 13. The brush group 3 is raised to the position in the vicinity of the upper part of the paper surface of the card paper 1 and the up and down movement of the brush group 3 is repeated. The frequency of repetition is set in accordance with the state of the card paper 1. |
