The sonograph advocated here takes the form of an electronic circuit board that includes: a sonograph, which comprises a sound pressure transducer, consisting of a microphone that generates a signal processed by an amplifier and digitized to be submitted in turn to a microprocessor that controls the whole process through a program stored in a memory ROM, calculating the equivalent levels in pre-set periods and matching all the results in a memory RAM, a data capture system that senses when the equipment is switched on and off, as well as its operating state and the period of time that the session has lasted, storing all the information in a memory RAM; lastly, a communications port enabling connection to the microprocessor for reinitializing the system and reading the data stored in the apparatus. <IMAGE>
