Colour signal processing circuit for camera DSP chip

The circuit includes a colour and amplifier control circuit (21) which multiplies R-G signals with a R colour coefficient and a R amplifying coefficient. B-G signals are multiplied with a B colour coefficient and a B amplifying coefficient. The multiplied signals are added to receive B-Y and R-Y signals which are processed in a zoom processing unit (23). A frequency converter (22) synchronises the B-Y and R-Y signals from the colour and amplifier control circuit or from the zoom processing unit using a clock CL. The clock frequency has four times the frequency of a colour burst signal. Synchronised signals are generated by adding colour bust signals.
