Carrier plates production for carbon@ brushes

To produce the carrier plate for carbon brushes, for an electro-motor, the plate section is moved by sliding into an initial injection moulding machine. Before the injected mass is introduced, cutting dies and counter holders cut dividing webs between conductive paths and/or clip mountings and bend them, so that they are embedded in the injected mass. When the injection moulding machine is opened, the component is transferred by a manipulator into a second injection moulding machine, to be coated with a silicone mass.
