PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultraviolet curing tacky agent composition, comprising specific acrylic copolymer and benzophenone (derivative), excellent in holding power in a high-temperature atmosphere, hot-melt coating properties and durability at a low ultraviolet radiation dose and useful for a tacky tape, a tacky label, etc. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet curing tacky agent composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. acrylic copolymer, obtained by copolymerizing (A1 ) 5-60wt.% compound of formula I [R1 and R2 are each H or methyl; R3 is a 1-12C alkyl; (n) is 2-10] with (A2 ) 25-94wt.% compound of formula II (R4 is R1 ; R5 is a 1-18C alkyl) and (A3 ) 1-15wt.%α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and having <=-5 deg.C glass transition temperature and 80,000-350,000 weight-average molecular weight and (B) 0.1-10 pts.wt. benzophenone (derivative).
