<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with fitting and soldering processes by integratedly molding at least a tubular part and a projecting part provided inside the tubular part out of the same material by forging. SOLUTION: An intermediate molding 39 for manufacturing a mouthpiece for hose is constituted of a projecting part 40 for thread having length and an outer shape corresponding to the external thread part of a male mouthpiece for hose, a tubular part 41 consisting of the flange part and the socket part of the male mouthpiece for hose, and a projecting part 42 provided in the tubular part 41. The base end of the projecting part 42 is integratedly connected to the partition wall part 43 corresponding to the shaft wall part of the male mouthpiece for hose. This intermediate molding 39 is integratedly formed out of the same material by cold forging for example, namely, carbon steel wire for cold forging or the like is processed by annealing and lubricating for easy working and plastically worked. Except steel, aluminum, copper, and their alloy can be also used. By this constitution, hardness of a nipple part is prevent from lowering, and the nipple is prevent from crushing at caulking. Because of no fitting part, liquid leakage is prevented.</p> |
