TASTE IMPROVING AGENT FOR MEN'S EGG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improving agent for improving the taste of hen's egg useful as a formulation component in feed which enables hens to lay eggs free from sulfur smell with good body taste while using conventional fish flour and bone powder as feed. SOLUTION: (1) A flavoring agent containing a saturated aliphatic lactone of 9-13 carbon atoms and vanillin, (2) dried when and/or (3) lees of sesame oil are used to prepare the objective egg taste improving agent. This, improving agent is formulated to the feed for hens to improve the taste of eggs.
