发明名称 DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE FORMED BY USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the resistance value of transparent wirings, to prevent the occurrence of the shorting accident between transparent electrodes by a peeling metallic film and to enhance a display grade by providing the surface of transparent wirings with metallic wirings of the width sufficiently narrower than the width of these wirings. SOLUTION: A transparent substrate 21 is provided with color filters 22 and a protective film 23 is laminated over nearly the entire surface of this transparent substrate 21 so as to cover the same. The transparent wirings 3 are formed to about 50 to 100mm thickness and about 200μm width and are so formed as to intersect orthogonally with the color filters 22. The transparent wirings 3 are provided thereon with the metallic wirings 4 having the resistance lower than the resistance of the transparent wirings 3 and having light shieldability. The metallic wirings 4 are formed to about 10 to 40μm width, sufficiently narrower than the width of the transparent wirings 3. The metallic wirings 4 have auxiliary wiring parts disposed at prescribed intervals in the direction orthogonal with the longitudinal direction of the transparent wirings 3 and main wirings 42 disposed along the longitudinal direction of the transparent wirings 3 so as to connect these auxiliary wiring parts.
