PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a work on the pad of a stem high in positional accuracy. SOLUTION: Leads 3 extending backwards from a stem provided with leads 3 are inserted into a hole 57 provided to a block 52 so as to enable the block 52 to hold the stem provided with the leads in a horizontal posture, and a heat block 45 is pressed against the vertical front of the stem. The recognition mark 49 of the heat block 45 is observed by a camera, whereby the coordinates of the recognition mark 49 are obtained, and a distance D between the recognition mark 49 and the front of the stem is obtained. Then, the heat sink 5 of a work feeder is mounted on a pad 4 of the stem, and then a light emitting device 6 is mounted on the heat sink 5. When the light emitting device 6 is mounted at a position separate by a distance d from the front a of the stem as a position reference plane, the light emitting device 6 is mounted high in positional accuracy. |
