CELLULAR COMMUNICATION NETWORK AND ITS COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cover a wide range of communication network by setting quickly a proper transmission path in an overlay type cellular communication network where a 1st cellular communication network with a 1st cell size and a 2nd cellular communication network with a 2nd cell size are overlapped. SOLUTION: Mobile stations 1, 2 belonging to an overlay cellular communication network where micro cells 4a-4d with a 1st cell size and a macro cell 10 with a 2nd cell size are overlapped have mobile station identification addresses of an application layer level defined by an OSI 7-layer model and two addresses or over denoting paths reached to a concerned mobile station belonging to a range of a data link layer or a presentation layer defined by the OSI 7 layer model and the transmission path is set by properly combining the mobile station identification addresses and the addressed denoting the path.
