<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce even extremely small series by using a large mold having a large number of cavities. SOLUTION: A mold 10 has a large number of cavities 13. A handling system 33 takes out parts, especially, labels 35 from a magazine 40A and inserts these parts into the cavities 13 one by one. At least one second magazine 40B is additionally provided. The magazines 40A, 40B contain parts A, B of a different kind. At a time of a first work cycle, the parts of the first kind A are inserted into the predetermined cavities 13 and the cavities are filled with plastic. In a succeeding work cycle, the parts of the second kind B are inserted into the predetermined cavities 13 without substantially changing a work speed and the cavities are filled with plastic.</p> |
