The coil bobbin handling apparatus of the invention comprises a bobbin conveyance device (3) to which a disk loader (6) is movably provided, wherein the disk loader (6) is provided with a disk magazine (35) having a plurality of radially protruded pin jigs (4) with which coil bobbins (60) are engaged, and a bobbin replacement device (7) that transfers the coil bobbins (60) between the bobbin conveyance device (3) and the winder (1). <IMAGE></p>
