<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated aluminum alloy sheet capable of forming a drawn and ironed can hardly causing can wall breakage at the time of performing, by dry process, bending and unbending at the die shoulder rounded portion with a small shoulder radius and successive combined working including ironing and having sufficient strength required for a can. SOLUTION: Both sides of an aluminum alloy sheet of 0.18-0.5mm sheet thickness, which has a composition containing, by weight, <=0.5% Mn and 2.2-2.8% Mg and also containing <=0.3% Si and <=0.5% Fe as inevitable impurities and having a relationship of (Si+Fe)<=0.6% and also has (180 to 400)N/mm<2> yield strength, are coated with thermoplastic resin.</p> |
