PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate transmission wiring construction and to confirm conditions through portable information equipment. SOLUTION: An infrared receiver 3 senses information transmitted through infrared rays from various sensors such as a heat/smoke sensor 1 and a burglar sensor 2 arranged at required positions and when any abnormality is generated, an alarm system 4 such as a burglar bell is operated. Then, video or audio information is automatically transmitted by a main controller 6 having a data processing part and a communication part for encoding a video signal from a camera 5, which is arranged at a required position, to a communication signal and received by portable information equipment 7 having a display device 8 at a distant place. |
