After a selection switch is set, an unit is powered then, by an engine oil level sensor(11) and a cooling water level sensor(31), the engine oil amount and the cooling water amount are displayed at a display window(100) of displays(112)(312). When the amount of the cooling water is less than designated amount, it gives warning to a driver by the warning light and the warning sound. Likewise, when the amount of the engine oil is less than the designated amount, it gives warning to the driver by warning light and warning sound. Therefore the driver can easily discriminate the time of exchange or refill of the engine oil, a filter and cooling water.
