<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing/separation apparatus for a waste tire capable of certainly, extremely and efficiently separating a waste tire chip to a rubber chip and a wire by shearing/crushing the waste tire chip. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of crushing blade bodies 6 at both sides is inwardly and rotatably arranged on an upper part in a casing 2 while engaging them with it and a pair of crushing blade bodies 10 at both sides is outwardly and rotatably arranged on a lower part of the same so as to correspond to the crushing blade bodies 6 at both sides of the upper part respectively while engaging them with it. Fixed blades 14 are arranged at both sides of the lower part in the casing 2 respectively so as to be engaged with the crushing blade bodies 10 of the lower part respectively. The crushing blade bodies 6, 10 at both sides of the upper and lower parts are formed on rotation shafts 7, 10 respectively such that disc-like crushing blades 8, 12 are circumferentially and alternately engageably provided on them. Clearances 9, 15 of required width are formed between the crushing blades 8 constituting the crushing blade bodies 6 at both sides of the upper part and between the crushing blade 12 constituting the crushing blade bodies 10 of the lower part and the fixed blade 14 so as to clamp the wire W at engagement respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
