PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten size in an axial direction and to provide a high servo ratio by a method wherein the fit-in part of the end part on the front side of a plunger is closely fitted in a fit-in hole with a bottom of the end face on the valve plunger side and further and a radially externally protruding flange part is formed on the rear side of the fit-in part, and the end face on the rear side forms the inner surface of an annular groove. SOLUTION: The end part on the front side of a valve plunger 7 forms a fit-in part 7c, and the fit-in part 7c is closely fitted in the fit-in hole 8a of a plate plunger 8 to integrally intercouple the fit-in part and the fit-in hole. Further, a plunger part 7e having diameter slightly smaller than the outside of a plate plunger 8 is formed between the fit-in part 7c and the annular groove 7d, and the end face on the rear side forms the inner surface of the annular groove 6d. The fork part of a key member 10 is engaged with the annular groove 7d, and a fall of the valve plunger 7 from a valve body 4 is prevented from occurring. This constitution shortens the sizes in an axial direction of the plate plunger 8 and the valve plunger 7 and decreases the outerdiameter of the two members to set a servo ratio to a high value. |
