<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusion bonding pin device constituted so as to easily perform adjustment aligning the center position of a fusion bonding pin with that of a fusion bonding boss. SOLUTION: An adjusting pin 3 having a fusion bonding pin part 2 formed to one end thereof is provided and one end of a fixing pin 4 is threaded with the other end of the adjusting pin 3 so as to be offset from the center line of the fusion bonding pin part 3 and the other end of the fixing pin 4 is attached to the attaching tool 7 of a fusion bonding jig 10. A screw part 3a is provided in the fusion bonding pin part 2 of the adjusting pin 3 and a fixing auxiliary jig brought into contact with the attaching tool 7 at the leading end part thereof is threaded with the screw part 3a.</p> |
