The present invention relates to compounds of formula I <IMAGE> (I) wherein X is amino, C1-6-alkylamino, di-C1-6-alkylamino; R1 is H, straight or branched C1-6-alkyl or trifluoromethyl; R4 is H or straight or branched C1-6-alkyl; or R1 and R4 together form a cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl ring; Y is O, S, SO2, N-H or N-alkyl; R5 is selected from optionally substituted heterocycles; R6 is hydrogen, benzoyl or C1-6-alkanoyl and R7 is hydrogen, benzoyl or C1-6-alkanoyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds have been found useful for treating central nervous system and cardiovascular ailments.
