PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the whole of the rotation drive mechanism smaller by giving an impact to a coupling member with a sudden torsional displacement of a torsional deformation element and relatively rotating at the rotation element side against a fixed element by withstanding against a frictional coupling force between a coupling member and a frictional linking body and relatively rotating the rotation element side and rotating and driving a body to be moved. SOLUTION: One end portion of a torsional deformation element 2 is fixed to a fixing portion 5, and a columnar coupling member 6 with a small diameter is coupled to other end portion. This coupling member 6 is inserted to a ring of a rotating member 7 which is a ring-shaped frictional linking body, and a voltage is applied to the torsional deformation element 2. At this point, a sudden torsional displacement occurs at the torsional deformation element 2, this displacement gives an impact force to a coupling member 6 of the torsional deformation element 2, the side of rotation member 7 is relatively rotated relative to the fixed portion 5 by withstanding the frictional linking force between the coupling member 6 and the rotating member 7, and the body 8 to be moved is rotated and driven. By doing this, the whole of the rotation drive mechanism can be made smaller. |
