<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability for a visually handicapped person, etc., by providing a means which converts title information into a series of voice data and informs a voice output device of it and the voice output device, and reading aloud the tile of a window where data input becomes possible or an application program by the voice output device. SOLUTION: When the window and application program are activated by using an input device 1 such as a mouse 10 and the voice input device 11, an inquiry is sent to an operating system(OS) 31. Then title information on the activated window and application program is obtained from the OS 31 and the obtained tile information is converted into a series of voice data, which is sent out to, for example, a voice synthesizing device 4, so that the titles of the activated window and application program are read aloud.</p> |
