Residential building

The residential building comprises of at least two opposite-lying sides of a house arranged fixed on a foundation at a regular spacing. There is a first vertical steel profile (14,15) that is connected via a horizontal steel profile carrier (11,16) on which base plates (25) are overlaid. The carrier is connected via cross-running horizontal steel profile beams (12,36). Wall elements (27,30) may be set on the outermost base plate (25) and the edgewise face-ends of the base plates, and may be connected directly or indirectly with the carriers and the beams or with further horizontal steel profiles (23,24). The base plates may be supported on the carriers via a rubber underlayer (43).
