The present invention discloses a process for building walls and floor tiles comprising structural, thermal and acoustic characteristics using prefabricated foundation light elements. These elements are provided from their industrial sites or plants with a large proportion of materials which are generally supplied at the building site under a traditional system, such as installations, finishings, special characteristics, accessories, etc. This system allows a less amount of specialized labor to be used, a better quality control to be performed and more modern constructions comprising improved characteristics, and ensures that higly demanding programs with regard to constructing in collateral steps are fulfilled, thereby shortening work schedules. The main objectives of the present invention is to apply technology to the manufacture of lighter materials, which comprise more special characteristics, to use highly productive plants, to transport and efficiently assemble using equipments suitable to demands, to leave a minimal hand work to finish constructions and to eliminate strong bad habits which have been developing in construction industry. habits which have been developing in construction industry.
