The lower ends of the element are joined to an anchor-piece (18) resting when mounted on the base plate. A protuberance (22) preferably parallel with the base plate fits into a recess (24) on a profiled strip (26) fixed to the base plate. The anchor piece is formed by a bottom plate comprising a thicker main part (20) from which protrudes a thinner protuberance.
