PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposer for kitchen garbage in which a flow of crushed garbage is smoothed to make the garbage not remain while cutting. SOLUTION: A fixed blade 7 of a plate member has plural through-holes 7a through which kitchen garbage is passed, and the hole diameter of an inlet part 7b of each through-hole 7a is made smaller than that of an outlet part 7c. A rotary blade 6 has its tooth having a profile given a torsion angle in the trunk part thereof so that thrust for pressing the garbage against the fixed blade 7 may be generated and rubs against the side face of the plate member of the fixed blade 7 to cut the garbage and pass it through each through-hole 7a. By constituting a cutting means 9 of the fixed blade 7 and the rotary blade 6, the flow of the garbage is smoothed to prevent the garbage from remaining while cutting. |
