PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from being leaked even though vibration and impact are added to a printer in non-printing for a manual type printer. SOLUTION: A shaft 11 capable of moving vertically is linked to a channel on-off valve 10 provided to an ink channel 9. The channel on-off valve 10 is so set as to close under a state in which the shaft 11 is urged downward and open under a state in which it is moved upward. When a recording medium P abuts against a lower end part of the shaft 11 to push the shaft 11 upward, the channel on-off valve 10 is opened, and ink is supplied to a recording head 5. Thereby, though vibration and impact are added to a manual type printer 1 in non-printing, the ink does not leak. |
