PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a sepia-tone hard copy by which it is possible to easily prepare a sepia-tone hard copy of good quality. SOLUTION: A color ribbon 1 comprises a primer layer formed on a based film and ink layers 4 of different colors such as yellow Y, magenta M and cyan C and a sensor mark 5 formed on the primer layer in that face order. In addition, an ink layer 6 for coloring in a sepia tone is formed on the same face. A hard copy of desired sepia-tone can be obtained by printing an image using this ink ribbon. That is, a receptive layer is previously colored in sepia tone by printing an image with the ink for coloring in sepia tone, and then an image is formed to prepare a hard copy of sepia tone. |
