摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold rapidly and accurately a three dimensional structure to be molded by combining photo-setting layers of different thicknesses by a method wherein a means supporting the photo-setting layer is arranged in a means housing a photo-setting fluid resin, and an exposure value is automatically set according to thickness information of the supported photo-setting layer. SOLUTION: In an optically molding device 1, and elevator 104 fixing resin 103 hardened by irradiation with light is provided above a tank 102 housing photo-setting fluid resin 101, and an actuator 105 determining a position of the elevator 104 is connected thereto. A tape 107 making the hardened resin 103 separable from a surface of glass is provided to a tank inner surface side of light permeable glass 106 of a bottom surface of the tank 102. A shutter 112 is controlled from thickness information of the hardened layer between the elevator 104 and the high wettable tape 107 and information on the photo- setting fluid resin 101 to be used, and a suitable exposure value for obtaining the aimed hardened layer is automatically set with a controller 113 and a computer 115.</p>
