PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an FRP racket being light-weight generally and high qualified by inhibiting the yoke from being deformed during molding. SOLUTION: A dry preform with a reinforcing fiber-containing layer formed around the pliable tube and a yoke performed body having a form body therein are set in the cavity 6 of a mold, and resin is poured in the cavity 6 to then apply inner pressure in the pliable tube, and rest resin around the yoke periphery is released to a resin reservoir 9 communicated to the yoke cavity 6a before solidification of resin.
