The invention is useful for veterinary medicine. The goal of the invention is to optimise cow cattle hepatosis preventive measures.The new preparation contains rihocel, diludine, microvit A and cobalt chloride in such mass proportion (mass%):Rihocels 25.7-29.7%;Diludine 66.4- 72.4%;Micrivit A 1.8-3.8%;Cobalt chloride 0.02-0.04%.The therapeutic daily dose for cows is 100-120g, which should be taken together with concentrated fodder. In order to prevent hepatosis, the preparation should be taken 8 days before and a week after calving. As for treatment, the cure should be used for up to two weeks.
