A circuit for detecting disturbances for an electronic assembly and for storing this state for subsequent evaluation, in which a sensor for non-line-conducted electrical and/or magnetic disturbances is provided which outputs an output signal when a disturbance exceeding a predetermined level is detected, the sensor being mechanically connected in a permanent spatial allocation with the assembly, the sensor being followed by a bistable storage element which can be set by the output signal of the sensor in a signal state allocated to the occurrence of a disturbance, and the storage element being able to be exclusively read out and possibly reset independently of the data operations triggered by the processor.
