<p>Described is a drive power distribution control system for a vehicle, which is suitable for use in distributing drive power to a left and right drive wheels or to front or rear drive wheels or in distributing drive power by transfer of drive power between a left and right non-drive wheels. The system is provided, between a first output shaft (13) and a second output shaft (14), with a differential casing (8A) to which drive power is inputted, a differential mechanism (8) for transmitting the drive power to the shafts (13,14), and a drive power transmission control mechanism (9B) capable of controlling the distribution of the drive power to the respective shafts (13,14). The mechanism (9B) is interposed among the shaft (13), the shaft (14) and the casing (8A) and is constructed of a speed change mechanism (30) capable of changing and outputting rotational speeds of the shafts (13,14) and a drive power transmission mechanism (12) capable of transmitting drive force between the casing (8A) and a second sun gear (30E) of the speed change mechanism (30). <IMAGE></p> |
