PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve angle precision, and smoothly rotate a stepping motor without irregularity, independently of the rotation direction of the stepping motor. SOLUTION: A motor driving equipment 1 is a driving equipment for microstep-driving a stepping motor 11, and consists of a clock signal generator 2, an up/down signal generator 3, a counter 4, ROM's 5a, 5b, 6, D/A converters 7, 8, comparators 9, 10, a 2-phase stepping motor 11, a control means, etc. As second phase exciting data, amplitude data of a cosine wave are stored in the POM 6. As first phase exciting data, amplitude data of a sine wave whose phase is shifted by a specified amount from the cosine wave (the phase is delayed by an electrical angleα) are stored in the ROM 5a, 5b. |
