PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a compressor from being placed in a dry condition, by providing an opening/closing valve, in a refrigerant circuit leading to a condenser from an evaporator via the compressor, opened/closed to be associated with a start/stop switch of action giving an influence to a temperature of the compressor and the condenser. SOLUTION: A condenser 2 is connected to a delivery port of a compressor 1 through a flange 9, and to be connected so that a refrigerant flows successively in a liquid receiver 3 with drier, expansion valve 4, evaporator 4, solenoid opening/closing valve 6, flange 9 and a suction port of the compressor 1. When an operating switch of a car air conditioner is operated, a start/stop operating circuit 11 performs on/off operation of an electromagnetic clutch 9 and opening/ closing of the solenoid opening/closing valve. In this manner, the solenoid opening/closing valve 6 is provided in a suction pipe 10 connecting the evaporator 5 and the compressor 1, after a fixed time from operation stopping of the car air conditioner, the solenoid opening/closing valve 6 is closed. In this way, during stopping for a long time of the car air conditioner and an engine, a refrigerant is prevented from moving through evaporators 5→compressor 1→condenser 2.
