PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incomplete sticking such as existence of bubbles from being formed while improving workability in executing works for reinforcing or repairing a building, using fiber sheets. SOLUTION: After ground processing for grinding the surface B1 of a building B is executed, a primer 4 is applied to the surface whereon the ground processing is executed, and hardening is made afterward. In a sheet sticking process, a multilayered sheet A made up by pressing and layering sheetlike fibers through impregnating agent is stuck to the surface of the hardened primer 4 with uneveness adjustment agent 5 interposed in between. In a finishing process, finishing agent 9, 10 is applied to the surface of the multilayered fiber sheet A stuck to the surface B1 of the building B. |
