Then, the furnace temperature is detected at any time, the result temperature t1 is taken in and the result temperature t1 is compared with the initial setting temperature T1 so as to judge t(n)<t(n-1). When it is NO, the take-in of the result temperature is continued. At the time of YES, T<t(n) is judged. At the time of YES, the system is switched to regular temperature control. At the time of NO, n turning to n+1 for second setting is set and a take-in temperature at that time is decided to the next setting value, namely, a signal for setting T(n)=t(n-1) is outputted, and the next setting value is transmitted to the temperature controller 10.
