摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the portable radio terminal equipment with low power consumption in the standby state by providing a temperature compensation circuit and a control signal input terminal of the temperature compensation circuit and turning on/off the operation of the temperature compensation circuit to reduce a current consumption of a temperature compensation crystal oscillator in average without increasing the circuit scale or the additional cost. SOLUTION: The temperature compensation crystal oscillator 2 has a control signal input terminal 12 and the operation of a temperature compensation circuit 4 is enable/disable by a signal received by the control signal input terminal 12 and when the temperature compensation circuit 14 is in a disable state, the power consumption is reduced more by the share. A digital circuit 9 of a radio terminal equipment 1 provides an output of a temperature compensation circuit enable control signal 13a from a CPU 9a to control line 13b. The temperature compensation circuit enable control signal 13a is given to the control signal input terminal 12 of the temperature compensation crystal oscillator 2 to control the operation of the temperature compensation crystal oscillator 2.
