PURPOSE:To provide a highly stable composition comprising the combination of two kinds of specific compounds in a specified ratio, excellent in rinsability, no fear of environmental pollution, and useful for removing stains on the grinding surfaces of optical parts, stains on jigs and tools, etc. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises (A) a compound of formula: R<1> (X)R<2> (R<1> is 1-24C hydrocarbon residue; X is -COO-,-O-, etc.; R<2> is 3-18C hydrocarbon residue, etc.,) (preferably an olefin or methyl laurate, etc.,) and (B) a compound of formula: R(Y)(AO)mR<5> (R<5> is 1-8C hydrocarbon residue; Y is -O-, -NH-, etc.; A is 2-4C alkylene; (n) is 1-20; R<5> is H, R) (preferably a glycol ether such as diethylene glycol monobutyl ether) in an A/B weight ratio of 90/15 to 5/95. The components A and B are preferably compounded in amounts of 5-80wt.% and 10-90wt.%, respectively. |
