<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure good starting of the engine and prevent the battery exhaustion even if one forgets to turn off the main switch which has been turned on as well owing to a simple and inexpensive construction. SOLUTION: A head lamp 10 is placed between a PTC heater control means 28 and a battery 22 in parallel with a PTC heater 16. The PTC heater control means 28 turns the PTC heater 16 and the head lamp 10 OFF when a starter motor 18 is rotated during a period of time in which the main switch 24 is turned ON and then a starter switch 20 is turned ON, and detects starting of the engine to turn the PTC heater 16 and the head lamp ON when the starter switch 20 is turned OFF after starting of the engine.</p> |
