PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker by which not only the present time in the time display part of an operation panel but also the elapsed time in the warm keeping mode can be displayed. SOLUTION: This rice cooker reads the boil-up process from a boil-up memory on the basis of On signal of a boil key and gives a heating control signal to execute the boil-up process to a heating control means, and control means 11 actuates a timer means 14 and emits a warm keeping start signal when the warm keeping process is started furring the boil-up process in operational A display control means 12 operates so that a display device 5 indicates the present time upon receive a clock signal of a clock means 13, also indicates the elapsed time in warm keeping based upon the timer signal of the timer means 14 in priority to the clock signal upon receiving the warm keeping start signal from the control means, and indicates the present time based upon the clock signal of the clock means 13 in priority to the timer signal only for the period when the changeover signal is fed from a display changeover key 4a. |
