A room temperature vulcanization material forms a seal (45) along an edge of a housing (25) for electronic devices (40). As the room temperature vulcanization seal cures, the material absorbs moisture from within the housing (25). The electronic device (40) may be an ABS electronic control module (40) with seals (45), base member or cover (11) and ABS control circuit (15) with discrete electronic components (16).
