Tissue adhesive applied with spray

摘要

An adhesive for tissue capable of uniformly forming a high concentration of fibrin so as to provide a high closing effect is disclosed. The adhesive for tissue comprises a fibrinogen solution and a thrombin solution which solutions are separated from each other. The adhesive is to be mixed and spray coated together with a sterile gas and has a volume ratio of the fibrinogen solution to the thrombin solution of about 2:1 to 10:1. This adhesive is to be sprayed together with a sterile gas for the adhesion or closing of living tissue of a human being or anima l.
